Terms of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AdSentient ("AdSentient", "we", "us", or "our"), a marketing operations platform that agencies use to manage advertising, reviews, SEO, and social media on behalf of their clients. By creating an account or otherwise using AdSentient, you agree to these Terms. If you are using AdSentient on behalf of an agency or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The service
AdSentient is currently offered as a beta product. Features, availability, and functionality may change, and we may add, remove, or modify capabilities at any time without notice. AdSentient is provided "as is" during this beta period, and we make no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at the address below if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Connected platforms
AdSentient integrates with third-party platforms you choose to connect, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Ads, Analytics, Business Profile, Search Console, Tag Manager), LinkedIn, and YouTube. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to connect these accounts and for complying with each platform's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party platforms, and actions taken through AdSentient (such as launching a campaign or publishing a post) are subject to those platforms' policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data from connected platforms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use AdSentient to violate any law, infringe on any third party's rights, or violate the terms of any connected platform. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to AdSentient, interfere with its normal operation, or use it to transmit malicious code.
Intellectual property
AdSentient and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by Positive Medium. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in AdSentient. You retain ownership of the content and data you or your clients submit through the platform, and you grant us a license to use that content solely to provide and improve the service.
Disclaimers
AdSentient is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular advertising, SEO, or business outcome from using the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Positive Medium and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of AdSentient.
Termination
You may stop using AdSentient at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use AdSentient ends, though provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of AdSentient after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
