AdSentient ("AdSentient", "we", "us", or "our") provides marketing operations software that agencies use to manage advertising, reviews, SEO, and social media on behalf of their clients. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Account information you provide directly, such as your name, work email, and agency details, when you sign up or request access.
  • Connected platform data from third-party accounts you or your clients choose to connect, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Ads, Analytics, Business Profile, Search Console, Tag Manager), LinkedIn, and YouTube. This may include advertising account and campaign data, Page and Instagram business account details, post and audience insights, reviews and ratings, and lead form submissions.
  • Usage data, such as how you interact with the application, to help us maintain and improve the product.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate the features you and your clients request, including launching and reporting on ad campaigns, syncing and responding to reviews, publishing and tracking social content, and surfacing performance insights inside your workspace. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use data obtained from connected platforms for advertising or any purpose unrelated to providing the service you've configured.

Data from Meta and other connected platforms

When you connect a Facebook, Instagram, Google, or LinkedIn account, we request only the permissions needed to perform the actions you initiate: for example, managing ad campaigns, reading Page or Instagram insights, syncing reviews, or retrieving leads. Access tokens are stored securely and used solely to communicate with that platform's API on your behalf. You can disconnect any platform at any time from within your workspace, which revokes our access to that account going forward.

Sharing of information

We do not share personal information with third parties except: with service providers who help us operate the application (such as hosting and infrastructure providers) under confidentiality obligations; with the connected advertising, social, and review platforms themselves, as required to perform the actions you request; or when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account and connected-platform data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will process deletion requests, including removal of stored access tokens and synced platform data, within a reasonable time.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use strong, unique credentials for your account.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain application state. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

Children's privacy

AdSentient is a business tool intended for use by agency professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
